INTENSIVE TRAINING COURSES:

Intensive mode condenses from 40 to 60 hours of face-to-face contact into 4 or 5 days of class, usually offered in one week. The classes aim to foster the acquisition or development of knowledge and skills about specific topics. They may include the possibility of a job shadowing or internship period with experts and professionals (following a selection process).

REFRESHER TRAINING:

Refresher training is focused on developing specific skills, techniques, attitudes. It is addressed to those individuals interested in updating their knowledge and to businesses willing to develop specific skills of their employees and agents, especially in constantly evolving working environment.

SEMINARS and LECTURES:

Short-term activities used as an efficient way to cover specific and current issues and concepts, engage in discussion and work through problem questions. They can be offered in public class format or delivered onsite at your facility.
